Paramount Fights For Its Piece Of 'La Dolce Vita'

Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 5:11 PM ET) -- Paramount Pictures Corp. on Wednesday filed a copyright infringement suit against production company International Media Films Inc., claiming International Media does not own the rights to Federico Fellini’s iconic film, “La Dolce Vita.”

In filing the declaratory suit in California federal court, Paramount and its affiliate Melange Pictures LLC are asking the court to rule that International Media does not have any right to control or distribute “La Dolce Vita.”
