Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 8:56 PM ET) -- A Texas federal jury awarded Soverain Software LLC around $18 million from Avon Products Inc. and Victoria's Secret Direct Brand Management LLC on Friday, finding the defendants' websites infringed two of Soverain's e-commerce patents.
The jury found that Avon.com, YourAvon.com and Victoriassecret.com infringed two claims of U.S. Patent Number 5,715,314 and three claims of U.S. Patent Number 5,909,492.
