Godwin Gruber LLP, a trial and appellate firm with offices in Dallas and Houston, will take over as counsel after Forgent severed its ties with its former outside counsel, Jenkens and Gilchrist PC. The Roth Law Firm will remain the company's local counsel in Marshall.
