Law360, Los Angeles (December 07, 2011, 7:49 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a a copyright suit over a line of suntan products featuring “Jersey Shore” star Jenni “JWoww” Farley, deciding that the complaint should be refiled in New York court under a related contract.
