Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 5:21 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has filed new patent infringement claims against Apple Inc. in Germany, in its ongoing dispute with Apple over smartphone and tablet computer technology, the company said Monday.
The Korean technology company on Friday lodged four infringement claims against Apple in the Mannheim Regional Court, raising allegations related to third-generation mobile telecommunications standards patents used in wireless devices such as the iPhone and the iPad, the spokesperson said.
