Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 6:43 PM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. slapped Apple Inc. and HTC Corp. with lawsuits in New York federal court and the U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday, claiming the companies' camera-equipped smartphones and tablets infringe its digital imaging technology patents.
In the complaints filed in New York, Kodak alleges Apple's iPhones, iPads and iPods, as well as various HTC products, violate four patents that relate to technology for transmitting images.
