Law360, New York (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- After winning a stay of one patent infringement suit filed by Hewlett-Packard Co., Taiwanese computer maker Acer Inc. has sought to stay a second suit filed by the computer giant until the International Trade Commission rules on a related case.
Acer filed a reply Monday in support of its motion to stay the case, in which HP accuses the Taiwanese computer maker and its U.S. subsidiary of violating patents for a variety of computer functions.
