Law360, New York (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. filed an infringement suit against Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd. and three of its subsidiaries Wednesday, claiming that the Japanese company’s digital camera technology violates various Kodak patents.
In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Kodak alleged that MEI and its subsidiaries, Panasonic Corp. of North America, Victor Company of Japan Ltd. and JVC Americas Corp., have been making and selling digital cameras in the U.S. that violate four Kodak patents.
