Greenberg Traurig Faces Designer's $250M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 11:10 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP and two of its attorneys were hit with a $250 million lawsuit Thursday by a jewelry designer accusing the firm of acting solely in her sister’s interests while representing them both in an underlying trademark suit against each other despite a conflict of interest.
