Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 7:07 PM ET) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office should not jack up initial patent application fees under the America Invents Act if it wants to ensure the U.S. remains a major innovator, a trade group told the agency at a hearing Thursday.
