Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 5:29 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday lodged a superseding indictment in a Virginia federal court against Megaupload.com and its principals, bringing new counts of copyright infringement and wire fraud to the alleged pirate site and its principals.
