Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 3:46 PM ET) -- A patent holding company on Friday launched a suit in Florida federal court accusing technology titans Google Inc. and Apple Inc. of using Apple mobile devices to violate a panoramic imaging patent.
Florida-based PanoMap Technologies LLC claims that Apple products such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch willfully use patented technology to run a Google Maps application with street view that infringes U.S. Patent Number 6,563,529.
