Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 8:25 PM ET) -- MacroSolve Inc. filed a lawsuit in Texas federal court on Monday accusing AOL Inc.'s mobile Moviefone application of infringing its data management patent, adding to a lengthy list of targets in the company's rights battle over app technology.
The lawsuit alleges that AOL has made and sold products or systems, including at least the Moviefone app, that infringe U.S. Patent Number 7,822,816, which covers a system and method for data management.
