Judge Upholds Penalty For InnoLux CEO's Patent Criticism

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 2:12 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday refused to trim a boosted royalty against Chimei InnoLux Corp. for its infringement of Mondis Technology Ltd.'s television and computer monitor patents, saying InnoLux had been properly penalized for its CEO's disparaging remarks about the U.S. patent system.
