Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 1:42 PM ET) -- Selective Insurance Co. of South Carolina on Tuesday asked an Ohio federal judge to find that it has no responsibility to cover a TV company in a suit alleging it infringed the copyright of another company’s fishing show.
The policies covering Reel in the Outdoors Ltd. do not include claims against the production company for copyright infringement, the insurer said in a complaint for declaratory judgment.
