Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 2:39 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday handed down sanctions against Kolon Industries Inc. in its body armor antitrust complaint against DuPont Co., after Kolon failed to produce documents from third-party sales agents despite warnings from the judge.
