Fed. Circ. Flips ITC Ruling In GE, Mitsubishi Turbine Row

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 4:09 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday ordered the U.S. International Trade Commission to reconsider its determination that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.'s wind turbines did not infringe a General Electric patent, handing GE a partial victory in a high-stakes intellectual property battle.
