Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 5:22 PM ET) -- Unified Messaging Solutions LLC socked a slew of companies — including Groupon Inc., UBS Financial Services Inc. and energy company Ameren Corp. — with suits Thursday, claiming the defendants’ websites violate patents for delivering and managing online messages.
