Law360, New York (August 16, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp. has denied trampling Louis Vuitton Malletier's trademarks and copyrights for a popular rainbow-colored handbag, and launched counterclaims alleging that some of the trademarks are invalid.
