Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- U.S. and Chinese officials on Friday said they were committed to promoting investment and trade opportunities in both countries by resisting protectionism and strengthening intellectual property rights enforcement.
At the fourth meeting of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue, the U.S. and China said they reaffirmed the importance of creating “open, fair and transparent investment environments” to their domestic economies as well as the world economy as a whole.
