Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 3:48 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd said Monday that it will drop two additional patents from its infringement fight against Apple Inc., but maintains that Apple has still refused to properly trim its case pursuant to the court’s prior requests.
Samsung says that it is willing to nix U.S. Patents No. 7,050,410 and 7,069,055 from its case, and that it would have agreed to reduce its claims even further, if it weren’t for Apple’s stubborn refusal to narrow its own case.
