AstraZeneca V. EC — The Advocate General’s Opinion
Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 1:19 PM ET) -- On May 15, 2012, the advocate general of the EU Court of Justice issued his opinion on the appeal of the General Court’s judgment in AstraZeneca v.
