High Court Asked To Soften ITC Domestic Industry Rules

Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 7:51 PM ET) -- Cable connector manufacturer PPC Inc. told the U.S. Supreme Court in a petition made public Tuesday that the U.S. International Trade Commission's domestic industry rules should be relaxed so companies, including nonpracticing entities, can meet them by pursuing litigation to enforce their patents.
