Law360, Los Angeles (June 08, 2012, 2:01 PM ET) -- Former Morrison & Foerster LLP partner and patent prosecution expert Richard C. Kim has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in its San Diego office, the firm announced Thursday.
Kim's move heralded the addition of a seasoned patent attorney with experience representing large and small clients in patent prosecutions and complex patent litigations and re-examinations.
Ed Cramp, managing partner of Duane Morris' San Diego office, hailed the move on Friday.
