Judge Certifies Limited Class In Flonase Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 6:07 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge certified a limited class of indirect purchasers of Flonase in five states on Monday as part of a suit accusing GlaxoSmithKline PLC of improperly blocking rivals from bringing generic versions of the nasal spray to market.
