Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 5:13 PM ET) -- General Motors Corp., Chrysler Group LLC, and Garmin International Inc. were among the companies hit Friday with patent lawsuits in New Jersey by Cuozzo Speed Technologies LLC over navigation systems that provide drivers with speed limit warnings.
Closter, N.J.-based Cuozzo filed one lawsuit against Garmin and Chrysler, another against Mazda Motor of America Inc. and TomTom Inc., and two more complaints against JVC Americas Corp. and GM, respectively.
