High Court Trademark Case May Spur Patent, Copyright Battles

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 7:10 PM ET) -- A U.S. Supreme Court case over whether an accused infringer can challenge the validity of a trademark after a plaintiff agrees not to sue has the potential expand the right to contest the validity of patents and copyrights as well, attorneys said.
