'Pooh' Rights Owner Wants Disney Fight Sent Back To USPTO

Law360, Washington (July 09, 2012, 4:15 PM ET) -- Stephen Slesinger Inc. urged the Federal Circuit on Monday to return its fight with Disney Enterprises Inc. over royalties from the "Winnie the Pooh" franchise to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, saying it never turned over the rights for the characters to Disney.
