EU Vote On Single Patent System Stalled Over Court's Role

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 9:53 PM ET) -- A plan to establish a single patent system for the European Union hit a snag Tuesday when the European Parliament delayed a vote on the proposal amid concerns about the role of the European Court of Justice in the system.
