Networks Get Most Of Dish Ad-Skipping Fight Booted From NY

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 10:32 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday found that television broadcasters' copyright lawsuits against Dish Network Corp. over its new ad-skipping feature can proceed in California, while letting some contract claims in a related case proceed in New York.
