Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 10:09 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge issued a mixed ruling Monday in the dispute between Siemens AG unit Osram GmbH and LG Electronics Inc. over patents related to light-emitting diode technology.
Administrative Law Judge David P. Shaw found that LG's products infringe Osram's U.S. Patent Number 7,151,283, but that they do not infringe U.S. Patent Number 7,271,425, according to a notice released by the ITC.
