Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 9:23 PM ET) -- The House Judiciary Committee said Thursday that it revising a bill to reorganize the U.S. government's intellectual property attache program, following an outcry by opponents of the derailed Stop Online Piracy Act.
Groups like Public Knowledge called the Intellectual Property Attache Act an attempt to sneak provisions of SOPA in under the radar, and tech blogs took to calling it "zombie SOPA."
