USPTO Head Says AIA, Satellites Good For IP Lawyers

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 5:51 PM ET) -- New provisions of the America Invents Act that go into effect next month and the launch of its four satellite offices will enable the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to handle patent applications faster and produce stronger patents, Director David Kappos said Thursday at a speech in Dallas.
