Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 2:58 PM ET) -- The former president and general counsel of DNA analysis solutions provider NetBio Systems Inc. has joined Proskauer Rose LLP as a partner in its patent law group and New York office, the firm announced Monday.
Mary S. Consalvi, who spent about seven years at NetBio before returning to private practice, brings more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret issues, as well as a more recent focus on company finance and business development.
