Law360, New York (September 04, 2012, 12:56 PM ET) -- A unit of The Walt Disney Co., Sanrio Co. Ltd. and DC Comics last week filed a trademark and copyright infringement suit in California federal court alleging that a business offering birthday party entertainment uses infringing character costumes.
