Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 1:23 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday blocked a move by OneBeacon U.S. Holdings Inc. to toss a complaint by ACE American Insurance Co. accusing its rival of poaching workers and pilfering trade secrets, finding ACE’s claims were conceivable enough to sustain the lawsuit.
