Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 2:15 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Monday tapped F. Scott Kieff, a professor at the George Washington University Law School specializing in such areas as intellectual property and antitrust law, to join the U.S. International Trade Commission.
The White House said it planned to nominate Kieff, who also serves as the Ray and Louise Knowles Senior Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, to become a member of the agency.
