Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 6:16 PM ET) -- Heiress Paris Hilton claims a competitor's line of perfume and body wash products were substantially similar to the former reality TV star's products and misappropriated characteristics of a related bottle design patent.
In a complaint filed Oct. 10 in New York federal court, Paris Hilton and Parlux Fragrances LLC allege that International Perfume Palace Inc. has produced a “Paris Paris” line of products that are almost identical in appearance to the celebrity's products, which could lead to customer confusion.
