Law360, New York (November 02, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- MGT Capital Investments Inc.'s gaming subsidiary said Friday it has sued Caesars Entertainment Corp., MGM Resorts International Inc. and others in Mississippi federal court for allegedly infringing on an MGT gambling device patent with their slot machine games.
MGT Gaming Inc. filed a patent infringement suit Friday in the Southern District of Mississippi alleging the gaming rivals make, sell or lease gaming systems that violate U.S. Patent Number 7,892,088, according to a statement from MGT Gaming's parent company.
