Law360, New York (November 05, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Patent holding company ESN LLC is looking to dismiss its patent infringement claims against Cisco Systems Inc. just a couple of weeks after it launched the suit over a patent for voice-over Internet protocol technology.
ESN and Cisco filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday that aims to drop ESN’s allegations of infringement against Cisco and its subsidiary Linksys.
