Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 1:26 PM ET) -- The company behind the National Public Radio program "Science Friday" on Friday lodged trademark infringement allegations in New York state court against a Colorado pastor and his co-host on a conservative radio show that has a similar name to the NPR program.
Science Friday Inc. said Christian Pastor Robert Enyart and co-host Fred Williams, as well as Bob Enyart Inc., infringed the NPR show's trademarks by airing a conservative program on AM radio in Colorado called "Real Science Friday," according to the complaint.
