Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 3:45 PM ET) -- Nintendo Co. Ltd. was sued Friday by a Texas company that claims the Japanese-gaming giant's Wii and 3DS gaming systems infringe one of its patents.
Motion Games LLC alleges Nintendo's gaming systems infringe U.S. Patent No. 6,167,607 titled, "Vision Target Based Assembly." The '607 patent was invented by Timothy R. Pryor who holds numerous patents related to interactive video game technology, the lawsuit said.
