Law360, New York (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Motorola Inc. sued Vtech Communications Inc. on Tuesday for allegedly infringing five patents owned by the telecom giant, which disclose various cordless phone technologies.
Schaumberg, Ill.-based Motorola filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, asserting five counts of patent infringement and seeking permanent injunctive relief, compensatory damages, and attorneys' fees and related costs.
