Fed. Circ. Sides With AT&T, Verizon In Caller ID Patent Row

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- An inventor who previously agreed to call off his caller identification patent infringement allegations against Verizon Communications Inc. and AT&T Inc. may not bring another suit over the same patent against the companies, the Federal Circuit said on Friday in rejecting his appeal.
