Fed. Circ. Order May Lead To Speedier Transfer Rulings

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 8:03 PM ET) -- While the Federal Circuit on Tuesday rejected EMC Corp.'s request to have a patent case against it transferred out of the Eastern District of Texas, the appeals court set important guidelines calling for district court judges to decide transfer motions early in a case, attorneys said.
