NFL Says Consumer Can't Bring Suit Over Reebok Deal

Law360, New York (February 05, 2013, 8:10 PM ET) -- The National Football League said Tuesday that a California consumer lacks standing to pursue a proposed class action challenging its exclusive license with Reebok International Ltd., a deal that expired last year, because the plaintiff is not an apparel manufacturer competing for the right to sell league merchandise.
