Fed. Circ. Urged Not To Restrict Timing Of Patent Appeals

Law360, Washington (February 08, 2013, 4:28 PM ET) -- Windshield wiper maker Pylon Manufacturing Corp. urged an en banc Federal Circuit panel on Friday not to limit patent litigants' ability to file separate appeals over infringement, damages and willfulness claims in the same case, saying there's no significant reason to change how the court handles such appeals.
