Sherlock Copyright Issue Not So Elementary: Book Editor

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 3:47 PM ET) -- Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's estate is attempting to shut down publication of new Sherlock Holmes stories by threatening to sue the book's editor for copyright violations if it goes to print, the editor alleges in a complaint filed Thursday in Illinois.
