LSAT Prep Co. Says Site Poached Copyrighted Course Material

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 4:13 PM ET) -- An LSAT preparation provider has sued the operators of a law school information website in California federal court, alleging the site infringed copyrights and engaged in unfair competition by stealing protected test-prep materials and posting them on the Internet.
