ITC To Review Apple's Win On Motorola Sensor Patent

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 7:15 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday said it will review an administrative law judge's decision invalidating a sensor patent that Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility Inc. unit alleges is infringed by Apple Inc.'s iPhone.
